SUMMER 2020 令和元年夏
Take the opportunity to enjoy training Bujinkan during summer.
We train outdoors if the weather allows. Since being outside gives us more space to move compared to in the dojo, the training will focus on long distance weapons such as bo (staff) and naginata.
The foundation of our training is to use our body in a natural and efficient way. When we’re not focusing on the theme mentioned above we practice techniques involving punches, kicks, falling and more.
Bujinkan is a martial art with a long history. We train traditional techniques based on historical use while allowing them to become alive by venturing beyond the form to allow the techniques to come naturally from different attacks and situations.
Schedule for summer 2020. Valid from Wednesday 10/6 to Monday 12/8.
